HotDocs Wins International Technology Star at The Digital Tech Awards
Leading document automation software provider, HotDocs, has been named International Technology Star at the 2016 Digital Technology Awards, which took place in Glasgow on Wednesday 20th April.
Managed by industry body ScotlandIS, the Digital Technology Awards showcase excellence within the technology sector and reward the innovation, expertise and ambition of businesses. Against stiff competition from two other global software providers, HotDocs was crowned International Technology Star based on the company’s successful push into global markets, regional partner acquisition strategy and revenue growth internationally over the past several years.
Steve Spratt, SVP & General Manager of HotDocs’ International, commented: “We are thrilled to win International Technology Star and it means a lot to receive this recognition from industry peers. The whole HotDocs team – both in the UK and the US – have been working hard to deliver on our ambitious growth strategy and the achievement of this award recognizes this effort. HotDocs will continue to enhance our products and services and support our network of international partners to ensure that we continue to grow and deliver excellence in document automation to our end users.”
Polly Purvis, CEO of ScotlandIS, said: “We were delighted to see a record number of entries for this year’s awards. The strength and scope of the award applications was outstanding so I would like to congratulate all of our winners, and everyone who applied. From well-known names to specialist businesses we saw a great many examples of passion, innovation and hard work. Scotland’s digital technologies sector is not just buoyant, it is thriving and as a small country I believe we punch well above our weight. ScotlandIS now has around 300 member businesses and this year’s award winners offer a snapshot of the talent making an impact across our industry.”
