HotDocs Software Donation Program for Legal Services Organizations

LexisNexis is pleased to provide qualified legal services organizations with donations of HotDocs software. The HotDocs Software Donation Program allows qualified organizations to request HotDocs software for each computer in the organization's offices.

Eligibility Requirements

Legal services organizations funded by the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) and organizations that receive funds through their state Interest on Legal Trust Accounts (IOLTA) programs are eligible to participate in the HotDocs Software Donation Program.

How to apply

If your organization qualifies to participate in the HotDocs Software Donation Program, click the Apply button below to complete the online application and download the HotDocs Software Agreement for Legal Services Organizations.

Selection and notification process

Upon receipt of the Software Agreement, LexisNexis will verify program eligibility. Applicants will be notified of their status (approved or denied) within one month of submission. If approved, the organization’s designated contact person will receive instructions for downloading the requested software.

LexisNexis reserves the right to the interpretation, application, and administration of the HotDocs Software Donation Program.
