Introducing virtual interviews in HotDocs

At a time when most companies are operating remotely, virtual collaboration with clients is more important than ever. The release of virtual interviews in HotDocs Advance arrives just in time to support organizations that need to create accurate, compliant documents using information provided by their clients.

Virtual interviews, included in version 1.18 of HotDocs Advance, allow organizations to collect information from clients using an online interview. Firms can simply select a document template, create a link to the document interview, and send that link to a client to complete. The information gathered is submitted back to the firm so that it can be used to generate documents. The final document is then produced, eliminating the need for firms to gather information from the client and manually enter that data back into HotDocs. Users will have the ability to monitor their client’s progress on the interview.
