HotDocs Announces New Chief Operating Officer
Market-leading document automation software provider HotDocs has today announced the appointment of Steve Spratt as Chief Operating Officer.
Spratt moves to this new, global position from the role of SVP & General Manager of HotDocs International, where he has been in post since 2015. The COO role will see Spratt take worldwide responsibility for all commercial areas of the HotDocs Group.

In a career spanning over twenty-five years, Spratt has worked across a range of sectors including government, banking, media and software. He has worked in enterprise software for seventeen years, rated as a high performer in senior roles for companies such as Axios, Borland, Netcall and Noble Systems with responsibility for professional services, sales, channel and business development.
