HotDocs Extends Upgrade Deadline for Version 2005 Customers

Lindon, UT- December, 14, 2010-HotDocs Corporation, the global leader in document and form automation technology, today announced that the deadline to upgrade from HotDocs 2005 products to HotDocs 10 products has been extended to January 14, 2011. The extension applies to HotDocs Professional 2005 and HotDocs Standard 2005, for which customers can receive upgrade pricing onHotDocs Developer 10andHotDocs User 10, respectively, through the extension deadline.

“Given the timing of the previous deadline, January 1, 2011, it makes sense for us to give customers a chance to get back to work before upgrade pricing expires,” commented Leonard DuCharme, Marketing VP for HotDocs Corporation. “This decision is in keeping with our customer service record and commitment.”

Upgrade pricing for HotDocs 2006 through 2009 will continue to be offered for the time being.
