HotDocs Reports On A Successful User Group Meeting
Leading document generation software provider HotDocs is delighted to report that the recent User Group Meeting was deemed a resounding success by the company and attendees alike.
The event took place in London in mid-November and was attended by a wide range of HotDocs users from the legal, banking, corporate and public sectors. The theme of the meeting was “Doing More with Less” and guests enjoyed presentations from Baker Tilly, Norfolk County Council, King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin and, of course, HotDocs.
Lois McLuckie, Senior Marketing Manager at HotDocs, commented: “We are very conscious that our own clients – and the wider business community – are all striving to make their businesses more efficient, so theming our event around doing more with less afforded us the opportunity to discuss current trends in terms of innovation within the legal, banking and public sectors and how HotDocs is helping organisations to create efficiencies and reduce risk.”
The User Group Meeting was HotDocs’ most widely attended to date, with clients and other stakeholders from the UK and Europe in the audience. In addition to informing attendees of the latest document generation technologies available from HotDocs, the principal aim of each HotDocs User Group Meeting it to allow users to hear customer case studies about innovative use of HotDocs software and to interact with each other on a peer-to-peer basis.
McLuckie concluded: “HotDocs recognizes that customer engagement is critical to continually improving our business and our products. Our regular User Group Meetings allow us to get closer to our customers and more fully understand the challenges they face within their businesses and how our software can help them to overcome these. For customers, the meeting provides a platform for open discussions about HotDocs with staff and with peers from other organizations.”
The next HotDocs User Group meeting will take in place in 2014. Should you be interested in attending, please email marketing@hotdocs.co.uk
